Parental Draw for 2020:  Postponed until further notice

IRCC has postponed the Parental Sponsorship draw until further notice.  As to why IRCC waited until December 31st (two days before the sponsorship draw historically opens), is just yet another example of the mishandling of the Parental Sponsorship program. Perhaps the lawsuit IRCC received in 2019 provided some encouragement to make further improvements to the program.
