Gina You is an Immigration Lawyer and Team Lead at Matkowsky Immigration Law. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Windsor Law, and her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. While at Windsor Law, Gina also completed a semester abroad at the University of Mannheim in Germany.
 

Gina assists clients with all immigration matters, including initial and previously refused temporary resident visas, study permits, LMIA and LMIA exempt Work Permits, Express Entry applications, spousal sponsorship applications, criminal and medical inadmissibility as well as misrepresentation matters. She works with individual clients, and multi-national corporations, and often represents clients with complex cases at the Immigration Appeal Division and at the Federal Court.
 

Having witnessed her parents navigate through the Canadian immigration system as a child, Gina is aware of the struggles and frustrations with the process of settling down in Canada. Gina is therefore dedicated and determined to assist all clients to the best of her ability to make Canada home.

Gina is fluent is English and Korean.
