Immigration Case Analyst

Our firm is looking to hire a Immigration Case Analyst on a full-time basis.

* We will not consider anyone with less than 1 year of Immigration Experience

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 CAD (commensurate with experience) + discretionary bonus + commission on retained clients (5% - 20%) + health / life insurance



  • Must have a minimum of 1+ years of immigration experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Bachelor’s degree of relevant legal assistant/paralegal diploma preferred, combined with work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter

  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and all IRCC technology platforms and tools

  • Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency

  • Ability to work collaboratively


  • Providing legal support with respect to all Canadian immigration matters, both temporary and permanent

  • Opportunity to answer calls, retain clients and earn a commission

  • Assisting with, interacting with and communicating with high volume, high profile, high touch clients on a daily basis

  • Requesting and reviewing documentation from clients

  • Uploading applications and documents into the government portals including but not limited to the employer portal, express entry profiles, invitations to apply, on-line extension and applications to consulates and using the representative portal

  • Assembling and submit applications to relevant government agencies

  • Providing information and guidance concerning medical exams and police certificates

  • Responding to government requests

  • Drafting legal correspondence including company support letters

  • Conducting research as required

  • Staying abreast of changes to forms, filing requirements and processing fees

  • Submitting, monitoring, tracking and reporting on all filed applications

  • Communicating directly with clients on an on-going basis

  • Organizing and updating file lists

  • Coordinating and execute requests as instructed by busy immigration lawyers/partners

  • File management and organization.
